Good Helmet - Great company to buy from.

By Anonymous from Boston, MA

Pros: This model helmet is very European looking - classy - almost would look better with a BMW than a Dual Sport. Lining is not at all abrasive - no chafing, no hard spots, strong materials and got a great price compared to other companies and products. The vents are fine - I've been riding in 60 degree weather and 90 degree (typical New England weather) - stop & go city traffic -- fine in all conditions - though haven't yet experienced the rain. Also - not cold enough yet to tell about fogging - though the ventilation just seems too good for the shield to fog up - we'll see. Not sure about the weight (nothing to compare it to) - however I don't notice any neck strain, difficulting moving my head in all directions -- vision's real good -down and to the sides (needs to be with the crazy drivers around here).

Cons: Noticed a minor graphic irregularity when holding it (small spider in the back - no damage, nothing to indicate a drop or whack to it -- looks purely like a graphic oops. No impact on the looks/integrity of the helmet (too subtle to see from more than 1-2 feet away).

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: First full face helmet - didn't know what to expect/look for so read all the info & rolled the dice... My size is large - head is somewhat rectangular - top to jaw. The helmet crown fit perfectly. The cheek pads (L) were too full - smooshed my face - but... it was hard to figure out what size "might" be ideal for them. I soaked them, put them under about 100lbs of weight - and voila! Once they dried out - I checked them out - they only compressed about 1/8 in each - which was enough to take the pressure off and fit the helmet perfectly. Those w/ $ might want to spring for the smaller pads though.

Kudos to KneeDraggers themselves -- great company to do business with -- helped with info on the helmet, met all commitments on pricing and delivery - did so well that I followed this purchase up with a purchase of a jacket (just ordered) - and expect to continue doing business with them.

 Good Helemt

By yamaha r6 08 liquid from the streets

Pros: just about everything

Cons: The visor and the vents on the top are a little bit flimsy but it gets the job done

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Comments: The first thing i noticed when i picked up the helmet was the weight. Very lightweight which is good because you don't want your neck or upper back to start hurting while riding. Second thing i... (Read the rest of this review)

 Great helmet

By Anonymous from Anytown, USA

Pros: - The top rated helmet according to the stringent British rating system - Light - It's a good looking helmet - Half the price of Arai or Shoei full faced helmets

Cons: Could use a touch more padding in the top of the helmet

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Comments: After a ton of research on helmets I decided to skip the advice of my friends and go with this helmet. It was half the price of the Arais and Shoeis they were recommending and got much better... (Read the rest of this review)

 AGV S4-Durability

By Josh from Houston, PA

Pros: Got the helmet as a gift. I was initially unsure about the helmet due to I had not done any research. I happen to be wearing this helmet one day and laid the bike down. I went head first into a gaurd rail. This helmet is the reason I am still walking. It also looks great!! The weight of the helmet is extremely light like no other and is easily comparible to the new carbon fiber lids out there now.

Cons: Truely I did not find any cons for the helmet. Maybe it could use 1 or 2 more vents, but due to it's lightness, the sweat just doesn't build up as much as other helmets.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: Sizing was great. I have a long narrow head, with a longer neck then most and the inners wrapped perfectly around my head. The front of the helmet extends further than most, and deflects the wind great off my skinny neck.

Comments: You want a great helmet that looks great also - this is it!!! You cannot beat the price.

 first street helmet

By Anonymous from nj

Pros: First thing I noticed was how light the helmet is. I also love the graphics they are stylish yet not outrageous and a nice departure from the norm. Comes with a soft helmet bag too.

Cons: Whistles a little bit when running with the visor open, depends on how you angle your head as you ride, but don't most helmets do this anyway??? I have no other helmets to compare the noise to, but its not distracting to me at all.

Comments: It looks like the price went up, but even at the new price its a steal.
