Pros: They are most definitely warm and weather resistant! They are longer gloves than what I have/had been using before so they feel safer for my wrists and they cover my jacket cuff to keep the air blast from freezing my skinny arms!

Cons: The cut style that forms the thumb to index joint doesn't have enough material to make movement perfect. They seem to fit a little tighter than Icon's short Hoolingan II gloves in the fingertip area which made them a little harder to get used to but nothing a little use won't loosen up. FYI I went from an Icon M to an Alpine Star M in sizing. The thumb allowance is quite generous which results in a lot of floppy thumb action when I go for controls. Overall they are what I need them to be, winter/weather gloves and are good if they were priced $10 lower they would be even better!

Sizing Info: Other

Additional Sizing Notes: These seem to have an oddly large thumb. I am coming from Icon Hoolingan IIs and these seem to definately keep my hands warmer and dryer(in the rain) but they are cut differently in the thumb to index joint to make them seem a little tighter than the Icon units.

Pros: Warm, comfortable, mostly waterproof

Cons: somewhat bulky, compared to sport riding gloves, retention straps don't have enough adjustability

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Comments: I rode with these gloves through a full day of 60 degree rain. They stayed drier than any of my other supposedly waterproof gear, but by the end of the day, they were soaked through like everything... (Read the rest of this review)
