Pros: Way better than the stock foam in alpinestars jackets. Will protect against broken ribs and penetrating chest injuries. Can't beat the upgrade for the price!

Comfortable and protective

Pros: It is protective. It is a little flexible, which is good in case of a crash where you need to bend forward. I was surprised on how comfy it feels when in the crouched position. No more bruised chest from a long trip. Great product :)
