Pros: -Very solid -Looks great -Warm but not too warm

Cons: Sleeves too short for torso size, need to be 1" to 1/1/2" longer. Zippers on cuffs are very small, and difficult to close with gloves on. (if you close the cuff over the glove) A little pricey.

Sizing Info: Other

Additional Sizing Notes: This is my second Alpinestars jacket, and I have the same fit issues with both. If I get a size where the sleeves are long enough, then the torso is too loose. If I get the size where the torso fits well, the the sleeves are too short. Basically if you want the torso to fit well, then follow the sizing chart to the tee. If you want the sleeves to be long enough, then pick the next size up on the chart. The later may be better for most so that you can where a sweatshirt or something thicker under the jacket. I went the "shortsleeve" way and am mostly happy with the fit. Just when I wear my short gloves there is like 1/1/2" exposed skin when my hands are on the bars. BTW, I'm 5'7" and 127lbs and got the size 48.

Very solid feel, looks awsome. Has that retro-hooligan look which goes well with my blacked out Speed Triple. It's warm enough for me to ride 20 min to work at 38 deg F with no wind screen or fairing on my bike. Its temp rand varys by your tolerance, but I'd say it's good for 40 deg F with the liner in, to 80 deg F with the liner out. Feels like it would hold up well in a crash, and still looks good around town.

 Very Nice Jacket

By Jesse from White river jct., VT

Pros: Very cool look, nice fit. Built very well, would stand up in a crash. My new GP Pro gloves fit perfect over the sleeves. Plenty of armor. Warm jacket for Cool weather.

Cons: Going to be very hot on an 80 degree plus day, not much for air flow at all. What I wanted so not a disappointment to me, just a heads up!

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: I am 6 feet 185 pounds.

Pros: The jacket fits great. Looks like nothing else out there.

Cons: None

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: I am 6' with long arms and wide shoulders so US size-48 fits perfectly on my shoulders and arms. The jacket is proper length, in the body, but baggy around my midsection. All of my clothes fit this way, so its exactly what I expected.

Comments: I can see that it will be a bit warm in the summer days, with no vent zippers.

Pros: Awesome vintage look and feel. Looks like something Steve McQueen would wear!

Cons: None.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: I'm 5'10", 170lbs and 50/40t seems to be a perfect fit.

Comments: I wanted to go with this jacket because of my past experience with the Alpinestars brand. I had a GP-Plus jacket and comparing it to this one, I have to say the armor in the Dragster seems more... (Read the rest of this review)

 Nice Leather, Bad sizing.

By Anonymous from Reno, NV

Pros: Very nice vintage leather feel and design. GREAT armor alot thicker than the "black label" stuff. (using a spinner jacket as comparison.)

Cons: Very bad fit. Im fairly tall at 6'4" and about 160 lbs, so im not a huge guy. But usually a 52 size will fit perfect. This particular model was 2-3 inches short on me but perfect through the shoulders. So beware if youre a person taller than 5'10". I dont think going to a larger size in the chest will fix the length issue.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller

Additional Sizing Notes: Fits 2 sizes SHORTER. All other alpinestars jackets i have tried on in the 52 size were perfect. However this jacket looks like a girls half shirt on me. It stops 2 inches before my beltline. Even though the shoulders fit perfect. I would be worried gonig up sizes because of how wide the body is and how wide the shoulders are. Most likely meant for shorter stalkier people.

Comments: Really nice jacket well designed and has a really cool vintage look. The sizing though could be a TON better.
