 Great gloves!

By Chris from SouthEast, US

Pros: Great protection - gone down a few times, gloves survived wonderfully, always giving full protection, esp. in the knuckles. I was glad to have extra protection on the palms. Excellent quality, as they've stood up under crashes and a few years of track use with no problems.

Cons: Be sure to break these puppies in, as they can be a bit stiff, as can many leather products.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: fingertips just a tad long, but not enough to cause any problems / distractions

 Well built glove

By HooDude from Canada

Pros: Nice, heavy protection. Fits perfectly over alpinestars MX-1 jacket cuffs. lots of air inlets. The palm and fingers are NOT too thick and do not lessen the ability to feel the bike controls at all.

Cons: A little stiff at first, but will break in. Price point is too high.

Comments: This is a 200 dollar glove, not a 240 glove.

 I doubt their protection

By David Charlesworth from Matraville, Australia

Pros: These gloves look great and are comfortable once broken in

Cons: the small oddly shaped panels on the palm only have 1 layer of leather in between them which leaves weak spots. After 1 year of use these weak spots have worn through (with no crashes) and the palms now have gaping holes in them. These gloves are massively overpriced for something that only lasts 1 year of normal road use in dry conditions. The leather in the palms becomes very stiff which only causes it to damage easier when your hands flex....I don't think it's actually Kangaroo leather. After only a few months of use the seams on some of the fingers had come unstitched but I ignored this as it added ventilation (the stock vent aren't as effective as they look due to the kevlar piled up on the inside of them).

Comments: These gloves look great and that's about it. They are not very well ventilated (more air get between the fingers that through the vented knuckles) and offer minimal protection due to the poor... (Read the rest of this review)

By Jordan from Albertville, AL

Pros: These gloves fit really well, are well ventilated, and seem to have solid protection. Quality is on par with what one would expect from Alpinestars.

Cons: The fit is a little tight, so after a ride with these gloves, taking them off may be a pain because of sweat being absorbed.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: A LITTLE too long in some of the fingers. (I mean itty-bitty)

Comments: Overall, I'm really pleased with these gloves! The fit and feel is so good, it almost feels like I'm riding bare-handed. If you brake with your whole hand, you may run into a problem with how the... (Read the rest of this review)
