Great pants could be a better

By Aaron from Tempe, AZ

Pros: Great pants. Cut wind and are extremely water resistent. Great bang for the buck.

Cons: Need drawstrings on the legs and a little bit of length. They won't stay over the tops of boots.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

All in all a great product from Astars. And much more affordable than other rain pants on the market. I purchased these primarily to cut wind on my legs during the 40 degree morning ride to work in the winter. They work really well for that. It's been a wet winter so far though, and they definately work for what they are advertised for. Bring another pair of socks though... You'll need them.

Pros: Very nice pair of pants. They seem much better made than other rain pants I've seen/owned, and they fit better, too. No problem getting these on over my Alpinestars leathers (with knee pucks).

Cons: The black and grey color makes these pants low visibility, so it would have been nice to have some reflective piping/logos/accents/whatever to make them stand out a bit more in poor weather conditions.
