Cons: The velcro strap at my neck is a little uncomfortable, but I imagine thats similar to all jackets.
When the liner is removed the mesh in side the sleeves tends to push out the end of the sleeve when I put the jacket on. Not a big deal at all..just thought it was odd.

Additional Sizing Notes: I'm 6'3" and weigh about 205. I bought the extra large mostly due to my height and the overall sizing is great. When sitting on the bike in riding position, the bottom of the jacket sits right at the top of my pants. Arms length is great too.
This is my first bike and first jacket, but I'm quite picky and I can honestly say I am very happy for the money spent and the quality acquired.

Pros: Fits perfectly, with armour in the right places (I am 6-foot tall and weigh 75kg - and bought a Large). Nice adjustable high neck to keep wind out. Adjustable velcro cuffs & waist. Lots of pockets - 2 external, 4 internal, PLUS 3 on the inside of the removable thermal liner. Good armour on shoulders & elbows (removable). Ventilation zips on shoulders & upper back. Very nice jacket.
Cons: Waterproofing not yet tested. No waist zip for attaching to Alpinestars pants (I think I have to get half the pants zip sewed on? or is this a mistake?). No reflective material.

Pros: Its Great,,Tested in 45* didnt let any cold air in,,Waist , Collar and wrist straps can make it tight if ya want. No wind flap, or at least up to 140
