 Well Built and Good Value

By Basit from Boulder, CO on 05/27/2008

Pros: Very protective, haven't used them in a crash but grain and thickness of leather is excellent. Fingers are well protected, road junk hasn't phased them yet.

Cons: None really...

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller

Additional Sizing Notes: Fits smaller but as with any leather it will stretch. This should stretch more than normal in my experience, though

Break-in is REQUIRED and significant improves comfort. Out of the box these fit horribly and hurt (I have large thumbs), but they WILL break in very well.

 Love the Gloves

By Kermit from Richmond, VA on 05/13/2008

Pros: Like a safe second skin. They feel and look great. Thin in the right places, thick in the important ones.

Cons: Tight, but they broke in well. Now just snug.

Pros: These are fantastic looking gloves with a great deal of detail. More importantly, the gloves seem to be stout and well constructed. The strap system keeps the gloves firmly on my hands and I have no doubt they'll stay there in the event of a crash.

Cons: The gloves seem to have a pretty long break-in period. This isn't a "con" in the long run, but it is something new buyers should understand.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller

Additional Sizing Notes: I ordered a medium and the gloves fit pretty snugly. My hands are on the smaller side, yet I can feel the seems of the gloves on the tips of my fingers. I have a feeling the gloves will fit perfectly as they continue to break in.

Pros: Awesome glove, I was using some no-names that I got from the bike shop and I can tell a huge difference in quality with these gloves. I can't wait to break them in a bit so that they conform to my hands a bit more. Overall, I am very pleased.

Cons: Besides being one size to small, they do not have very much ventilation. I can tell that when it becomes summer time, they will be very hot if worn for long periods of time.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller

Additional Sizing Notes: I first ordered the 2xl size and thought that would be big enough. When I got them and put them on, they were really tight when I tried to extend my fingers. Also, it was very hard to get my wrist into them. I had to send them back off for the 3xl size. These are still a bit snug but hopefully will loosen up when the leather wears in a bit.
