Great Helmet

Pros: When it comes down to it; Arai knows best. This helmet is a great buy and very comfortable. Price is usually a concern when Arai is suggested. The point is that you are buying the best protection for yourself. The cheek pads in this helmet are soft and plush making them very comfortable. The helmet fits true to size and its measurements that are displayed on the the manufacturer website. The ventilation system on this helmet is amazing. I have only been able to fog the shield one time. I can ride at just about any speed with all vents closed and still not experience fogging. I have changed the shield a to a dark smoke visor and it is perfect for the day and looks equally amazing.
Bottom Line: This product will not disappoint you.
Cons: If I have to think of a con, it would be that the first time I installed a new shield was not the easiest.

Safe and Secure

Pros: Great fit and finish.
Cheek pads are snug but soft.
No pressure points on the forehead.
Easy visor quick-change system.
Lots of ventilation with good airflow, especially over the top of the head.
Cons: Visor quick-change has a learning curve. It's very fast once you're used to it but it's not something you'll be comfortable with right away.

Additional Sizing Notes: Sizing on helmets has always been tricky, which is why I won't buy from an online retailer. Arai adds another factor to the equation by making three different shapes for the shell. Be careful when you select one to get your shape right. The Profile series is more of an oval or egg-shaped shell.
