Asphalt & Gas Solid Leather Knee Pucks

Average Customer Rating:   4.0 out of 5 (based on 8 ratings)

Asphalt & Gas makes the best leather knee pucks in the world.

Leather knee pucks have been used by some of the fastest racers in the world to get a better feel for the track than plastic pucks. Leather pucks have a comfortable feel that doesn't bounce, vibrate, make scraping noise or slip uncontrollably. They don't have as much drag as some might think and they last well, too. A&G leather knee pucks have been used at all levels: GP, WSB, AMA, club level, novice, even street riders.

  • Leather knee pucks.
  • Last 5 to 10 times longer than soft plastic pucks.
  • Absorbs bumps, hard whacks, eliminates harsh vibration and distractingly loud scraping.

Pros: I bought the skull/crossbone sliders 2 years ago. I bought them right before my last race at Willow Springs Raceway. I love the smell they give off when your sliding. Feedback is good. I just purchased the smiley face pucks. Will be trying them out this weekend coming up. Track day at California Speedway.

Cons: These pucks are a little pricey.

If I would have know this I would have just strapped some 2 X 4 to my knees. On top of all this I paid $58 bucks for these things and had to wait 2 months to get them. They give you no feel and have way too much friction.

Comments: [KneeDraggers Comments: there is a big difference between LEATHER (which these sliders are made of) and WOOOD! Leather does have alot more friction than normal plastic pucks when you when... (Read the rest of this review)

Comments: These pucks kick a&#35@. Sure, they look great out of the box, but they look great after hard use as well. The leather smokes a little on long, fast sweepers and you can smell the leather a... (Read the rest of this review)
