Pros: Does exactly what it says it does. It holds my helmet lovely with a nice plush interier and plenty of room for a couple extra screens.
Cons: No internal pockets for extra screens or anything else.
Comments: Spray the exterier of the bag with waterproofing.

Good value, does its job

Pros: Does a good job of protecting finish/paint on your best lids. I was tired of accidentally banging my helmet against doors and scuffing the shield--this protects well against both.
Cons: Yet another piece of gear to have along!
