Upgrade your Suit to Bohn Armor! Many jacket manufacturers simply use comfort foam to pad out shoulders etc, after all their business is to sell you a nice jacket, not armor! Now you can upgrade to our multi-element Bohn Zorb & Konform sections for much improved comfort and protection. Usually these fit in pockets already in your suit, or you can attach velcro for custom installs. Armor can be trimmed if required to suit. Riders specially like the comfort and durability of our molded Zorb Shoulder and Arm/Elbow sections, as they fit 'into' the shape of your body. Jacket Kit also includes Perforated Foam Rubber Back Pad to suit pocket in many jackets. Thigh Pads and Tailbone Pad available separately if required (see online catalog) Suit Kit Contains 2 Bohn Zorb Shoulder Sections 2 Bohn Zorb Arm/Elbow Sections 1 Bohn Konform Back Pad 2 Bohn Konform Hip Pads 2 Bohn Zorb Knee/Shin Sections.

Foam layers are sandwiched between each other, my elbow protector was split open so i could see the layers(i dont think that it will affect performance of the armor)
bought a leather jacket and it had pockets but no armor, got this armor to suit the bill.
