Pros: VERY responsive, soft dual compund technology make for an amaing tire. it honestly feels like its part onf the road. i notice that it felt like a softer ride just from a compound change.
Also, the profile of these tires is practically identical to a GP tire. VERY steep sides. i held the rim and tire, inflated, tilted it to where the leading edge was half a foot of the ground....1 1/2" of contact!
Cons: just like any softer race style tire, until it warms-up, it useless. but a bit of weaving will fix that in under 60 seconds.
ok. unfortunately...i havent even broken them in yet or even gone on a long ride with them. but i can definately feel the difference between the bt014 and the bt002. i am very pleased with everything about this tire. warms up VERY quickly. my stock tire were trying to slide out before i could get a knee down. i feel confident taht these tires will handle that and more. The way they feel oing down the road is amazing. ther so soft that each little bump feels like a cushion. And the sides are SO steep you will lowside before you loose traction.
