Cons: ... it doesn't fit the 2004 to 2007 CBR1000RR with an aftermarket exhaust. I have an Erion exhaust and there is no way to mount it to the bike so I am out $40 in shipping and restocking fees. I'm sure it would work nice with the stock exhaust though.

Carbon fiber...ooooohh

Pros: perfect fit, complements the other carbon fiber parts already on the bike and gives it the true race replica look
