Chatterbox introduces the FRS-X2 model with noise reduction. The FRS-X2 has a large illuminated display and is VOX (voice activated) or PTT (push to talk) with a built in intercom for talking to a passenger. Other features include cellular phone input (*call for compatibility), audio input with full stereo sound, radar detector, and voice prompted GPS input. All of these features packed into a tough water resistant casing.

Pros: Works pretty decent once getting hang of the vox. Excellent for running xm radio through for driver and passenger.

Pros: This is a very good low end device, works very well ,
Cons: The only negitive to this unit is learning and adjusting "vox" levels
Comments: Received this unit 1 week quicker than I was supposed to, (awesome)
Left 1 week later for a 3 day, 900 mile trip thru Death Valley, with a group, the unit worked excellent.

Attention to Details

Pros: Easy to use and is great quality.
Cons: Headsets seem to have alot of problems with the mics. I did not like the fact on the Knee draggers site for the " frsx2 unit only, headset not included " did not mention that theVERY IMPORTANT " battery " was not included. this is not listed anywhere on the site or in any shipping info. Regardless they made it right for me and sent the battery later after my call to them " Thank You " ,but that should have not been a seperate part being it is necessary to the operation of the unit.
Comments: Batteries were not in stock so two weeks later I recieved them so the christmas gift I ordered for my wife will not be able to use until after the middle of Jan. not cool.
