Mediocre build quality, but great looking taillight.
By Christopher from Denver, CO
Pros: The taillight comes with a pretty good set of instructions, along with wiretaps for the turn signals and resistors for slowing down the blinking rate if you choose to do so. I was quite surprised at what Clear Alternatives included in the box. Assembly was nearly plug and play, save for having to solder the turn signal wires and adjust one of the wires on the included plug. Once the light was on and working, it looked GREAT!
Cons: I was a little disappointed in the overall build quality of the assembly. The outer casing was hot-glued together, and the plug-and-play (PnP) plug for the brake light required the removal of 1 of the 4 wires to make it function correctly. I had to compare it to my stock taillight in order to know which wire had to be removed.
