 Great investment

By John Lopez from Whittier, CA

Pros: This is exactly what i've been looking for. took me a while to find. but finally found it. Charcole with Black cbr 600rr looks great! and they are really bright! I think its way brighter than stock. Will make your bike look clean! I didn't realize how ugly my bike looked till after I put this on. Fits perfect!

Cons: Instructions sucked! and I didn't use the resistors.. the blink rate is perfect.. I've seen a fast blink rate and these didn't do that really fast anoying blink rate. I would say the blink rate was close to normal.. maybe a little faster.. but as the other guy put it.. everything on this bike should be fast! The main connector sucks.. it was warped and almost didn't fit.. I was going to return it, but since my bike was all apart I just made it happen.

Total time took me about 1 hour. on a CBR 600RR here are the instructions. plug connector to existing white connector. Connect 1 yellow wire to the left positive signal wire.. for me it was a green wire. The negative cable is not used. so just cut it so it doesn't make contact with anything. Then connect the 2nd yellow wire to the right positive signal wire which for me it was blue. again cut the negative so it doesn't make contact with anything. turn on your bike to test everything..secure your cable connections.. get some zip ties to clean it up because they don't provide any, then slap it all back together... Looks fantastic. I didn't even use a fender eliminator kit. I went to home depot, picked up a piece of metal strip that has multiple holes in it, usually used for holding pipe up. I got it for .78 cents... cut it bent it and screwed my licence plate on it, and it looks really pro because it was also black. Good luck.

Pros: Quick, pretty easy install. Works great. Looks shabby!

Cons: I didn't use the plastic wire clips they sent. If you have access to a saudering gun, you will more than likely never have to worry about the wires coming undone. Do it right the first time you lazy bastards! Also, on a more subtle note, I ride a black CBR, so the smoke tint could be a tad darker. But, thats just the inner whining infant bursting out of me. Buy one... or more!!

Comments: It may speed up you blinker rate when you install it. It sped mine up, but I like it! Cause on a sportbike even your blinkers should be fast!!!

 Awesome product!

Pros: No need for bulky turn signals that stick out from your motorcycle like landing gears...Clear Alternatives gets the job done with a clean, flush look.

Cons: Don't use the resistors...get turn signal relays for the OEM blink rate.

 Sweet Mod

By Tom from Royersford, PA

Pros: Totaly cool mod. The physical portion of the instal of the light was simple, took less than 10 minutes. I got a blue to go with a blue bike. It makes a very distinct look. Everything is in the box that you need!

Cons: Throw out the directions that came in the box. Look on the internet and make sure you read them at least 3 times before trying to wire it up. BIGGEST CON. You don 't get to see how cool this light is while you are riding.

Comments: Get this tail light and clean up you rear. It is worth the effort.
