Overall, I really like the size and shape for a day ride and the magnets are very strong. It easily holds three 20oz bottles of water or tightly five 1/2 liter bottles. The description is slightly incorrect, there are actually 6 internal bungee straps although only 3 are visible in the photo. The other 3 are underneath the internal velcro flap that is seen in the photo. The 3 hidden ones fit around the wide part of water bottles and the three seen fit around the tops of the water bottles perfectly. To use these you just fold back the velcro flaps. You can also ignore the bungee straps and use the velcro flaps to hold things in place in the other direction. Great design!!! It only slightly shows up in the photos but the shape is much taller in the back than in the front. I am calling the front the location where the zippers are dangling in the photo. The internal dimensions are approximately 9.5" wide at the widest point, 11" from front to back, 5" high at the back, and 2" high at the front. The magnetic wings on the bag measure approximately 17 3/4" wide and 11 1/2" from front to back. Because the lid is a dome shape part of the height is contained in the lid which makes filling it difficult since the walls aren't there to support what you are setting in it. I would really prefer it if the lid wasn't a dome. The internal liner in the lid has extra material that could be eliminated for a higher quality appearance, however this doesn't affect the functionality. This bag fits perfectly on my SV650 but they made one mistake with it... the external clasps that are seen in the photo on the left and right side are on pieces of bungee so that they can be clasped together (when carrying the bag so that the magnetic flaps don't swing around) but the bungee is too long, allowing the plastic clasp to rub against the gas tank when driving. This is visible in the photos. I simply cut them off since I don't carry this bag around. The description claims that the magnetic base is removable which isn't correct. It can't be removed. I really wish they had added a shoulder strap for this tank bag like their other ones as it looks a bit goofy carrying it around. Despite the few shortcomings it is still a great size bag for day trips and the $29.83 is a deal compared to other tank bags. I have also written reviews on the Fieldsheer Contour Tank Bag & Fieldsheer Mini Tank Bag if you are looking for comparisons.
