Pros: The jacket has lots of adjustment areas so you can get a perfect fit no matter what you are wearing underneath. It also has lots of layering that you can leave-in for cold, mild, or rainy conditions. If it gets hot, just remove the layers and youll still be protected by padding. (My husband was impressed with the jackets versatility.)
Cons: The sizes are a little off. I would suggest buying two (2) sizes larger than the Tour Master/Cortex website sizing chart suggest (i.e., I normally wear a size six (6) in jackets, but fit a Cortex size MD (ten/10) and not a Cortex size XS (six/6) like the chart suggests.
Better Yet--try them on at a local dealer--and then order from Knee Draggers because theyre cheaper!
I would also like to see the elbow pads extend a little further towards the wrists.

Additional Sizing Notes: By the Tour Master/Cortex website size chart for this jacket, I should be a size XS (Extra Small). However, after trying the same jacket on in a local store, I comfortably fit a Womens MD (Medium). An extra small (XS) was too tight in the chest, too short in the sleeves, and I could hardly get my hands out at the wrists. The small (SM) was a little snug. The medium (MD) fit perfectly with a regular shirt underneath even with all of the layering that comes with the jacket. If it helps, heres my size: 34 x 26 x 34, 120 lbs, 57.
