Pros: This is sturdy and comforatable armor. The velcro/ elastic straps hold in place well. The padding seems top rate and high tech- (memory foam) the plastick armor alows for natral range of motion. -Just be sure that armor not restricted by waste bands. (see cons)
I have not used in a fall (don't plan to eaither) but seems like it will give you a better chance of ridding it out on your back until comming to a stop.
Cons: The only drawback is that this is bigger than typical back armor- wont fit in pocket. If you wear shorts/ sweats/ thermals under your leathers MAKE SURE that you pull them up high-
-otherwise the armor tends to get caught in the waste band and ride up making it uncomforatable to ride as it chafes your neck.
