Torque boots represent the maximum expression in Dainese foot protection technology. Light weight and safety come together in a product designed expressly for sports use that is also the natural evolution of the Axial Project, which has now in its third generation following the birth of the D-Axial boot in 2000 and its improvement as the Axial boot in 2005. Like its two predecessors, the Torque-in version was designed for "IN" wear (the Dainese patented exclusive racing suit/boot coupling system) and vaunts the tried-and-tested internal Axial protection structure developed with help from the best racers on the MotoGP circuit and Dr. Costa's Mobile Clinic. The Axial system limits the twisting of the ankle and consequent trauma to the rider, while also enveloping the foot and the ankle for protection against impact, which is efficiently absorbed through even distribution around the entire structure. The insertion of the new Lorica bellows and a new external structure in thermoplastic material improve the boot's ergonomic efficiency, increase comfort, and promote greater freedom in the movement of the foot. A new slider in stainless steel applied to the exterior rear part bonded to supports in thermoplastic material increases both the boot's anti-grip properties and abrasion resistance in case of falling followed by sliding. The new technologies adopted for the design of the boot have permitted considerable reduction in industrialisation costs, and this permits a boot with avant-garde technical content to be sold at an extremely competitive price to the advantage of all Dainese motorcycle riders.

Pros: They are well crafted and seem like they will last many years.

Cons: a little looser at the calf than I would like for wearing them under pants.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger

Additional Sizing Notes: I wear size 12 running shoes, and size 45 was perfect for me with a little wiggle room. They fit like a previous pair of 46s I owned.

 I like 'em

By Chip from PA

Pros: I like that these boots will fit with my 1 piece leathers better than my A'Stars SMX's did. The inner boot on the SMX's and the ankle cuff on my boot never fit together well. These will go under the ankle of the suit.

Cons: Cannot do the 2nd ankle zip up on my suit over the boot, that is likely more a suit issue than the boot though.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger

Additional Sizing Notes: I bought a 45 as info said to go one size larger than normal (I wear a 44 A'Stars everytime). It was way too big, returned them for a 44, definitely a better fit, although I think I could still manage to fit another size smaller if I wanted the hassle of returning them again.

Comments: Having worn these for many hours now they feel really comfortable and I am glad I waited the few months for Dainese to ship out this years stock of apparel.

 Good, comfortable boots.

By Anonymous from Anytown, USA

Pros: Comfortable, look good.

Cons: The Dainese leather pants I have don't actually fit over these boots, but they do fit under. I have the Firefly and Izalco pants.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: All Dainese boots I've tried fit the same regardless of style. Very impressed with that.

 Dainese Torque IN boots

By superbiker from Anytown, USA

Pros: These boots kick major butt, super comfortable and stylish. I got the white ones and man, how many cats you see wearing white boots on the road? like, none! Freakin' COOL. Easy to take on/off and walking is comfortable. Small upper diameter to fit UNDER your leathers. I hate tucking my pants into boots. Looks stupid.

Cons: None, really. Dainese makes some good quality kit and this is no exception.

Comments: Coolest boots out there by far, pants over the boots is the only way to go. Rossi and Bayliss do it and Schwantz, too. Looks dorky with your pants tucked in your boots, who does that outside of... (Read the rest of this review)
