Dainese Virunga D-WP Boots
Virunga D-Dry™ is undoubtedly one of D-Tec's most innovative, interesting proposals for the new Dainese AWA (All Weather Ability) Collection. The boot has a clear off-road inspiration and unites a series of innovations in a single product. The original design sole has been developed under an exclusive patent for Dainese: thanks to its double density – the grey part is stiffer – it optimises the grip on the pedal as well as the ground. As well as giving the boot a highly technical look, the two micrometric adjusters increase wearability and enable improved holding of the foot and calf. Comfort and freedom of movement are also ensured by the elasticated bellows on the top of the foot. Obviously, safety is of fundamental importance in the features offered by the new Virunga D-Dry TM boot. Waterproof, breathable full grain cowhide offers excellent abrasion resistance after a fall, while the composite inserts around the tibia and outer ankle bone minimise impact damage. Virunga's AWA soul is emphasised by the inner D-Dry TM lining, ensuring the breathability and impermeability of these boots.
