The Power Commander IIIusb was introduced in 2003 and utilizes the same "direct injector control" technology as the PCIII. The USB (Universal Serial Bus) port provides an instant, no-hassle way to connect the Power Commander module to a computer. This model also features an expansion port for future add-on modules like an ignition module.
USB (Universal Serial Bus) port provides an instant and automatic connection to the Power Commander Control Center software; simply power up the unit and connect the PCIII USB to the computer with the supplied cable.
Provides precise information for fine-tuning a fuel-injected motorcycle when changing an air filter, installing a new exhaust system or doing additional engine performance modifications.
Each unit includes a built-in microprocessor and a specific map designed to improve engine performance over stock; Dynojet continuously maps new calibrations for each bike for downloading at their web site (www.powercommander.com).
If you do not have a computer, you can change the settings with three touch buttons on the faceplate.
OEM-style wiring connectors with improved harness protection are supplied; no wiring modifications required.
Includes easy-to-follow instructions.

If you're looking to turn your beast into a monster... Install a after market exhaust and air filter with this PC unit, then have your bike dyno'd to create a custom map that is specific to your engine to achieve the maximum benefit from this module. I downloaded the map for a stock air filter and Two Bros slip-on pipe from Dynojet.com. and I noticed a big power difference. But after I had my bike dyno'd I noticed a HUGE difference. I was told that the map I downloaded was way off and I could tell... Oh, your bike will BURN MORE FUEL. More horsepower means more fuel. I've lost about 13 miles per tank but it's worth the gain... Buy-Install-Dyno-And HOLD ON TIGHT!!!!

smooth power

Pros: easy instalation, took me 30 mins. but I've done this before on my 04' so performing this on my 07' was a breeze.

Pros: excellent product. changed the whole feel of the bike. better fuel delivery, no more power surges in low gear. increased HP by 8 ponies.
