noticeable improvement over stock

Pros: after bedding in i noticed probably 25-30% improvement in braking performance over the OEM brakes. which i think is huge. no fading at all. i did sand the rotors with 180 grit emory cloth before installing the pads then sprayed everything with brake cleaner. paid very close attention to cleanliness when installing which is a must.
