Pros: Very nice looking pair of gloves. Good air flow. The padding in the palm does seem to add a little more comfort for long rides.
Cons: Until the gloves conform to your hands, the stitching in the ends of the fingers can feel a little cramping. After a few rides I no longer noticed it.
