Good all around jacket, even in the cold. |
By JTmarsh from TX on 11/25/2008
Pros: I have already ridden home 3 or 4 times in this jacket in 35-45ish degree weather, with the liner in of course. for a hot temp jacket it actually does well in cold weather. I recommend a long sleeve shirt underneath because the air does sneak through the holes in the mesh.
Cons: -The picture on the website appears there appears to be a white one, i wanted a white one but there isnt one on the list, i went with silver. Its more of a grey.
- one of the buttons came off inside the female end of the snap on the left arm. Had to pop it off with a butter knife. I am concerned about the others coming off now.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: I am 6'3 i have long arms so i got an XL. Feels good but i have to snap the adjusters on the arms to the smallest size if i want it snug in the shoulders.
First jacket i ever bought for riding in Houston weather, maybe a bit in the winter on chilly days. Overall satisfied with my purchase, was listed as 219.00 but at checkout ended up being on sale for $XXX.XX Booya!

    Grreeaat! |
By Jeff from Philadelphia on 10/15/2008
Pros: This is an awesome jacket that is made well and handles the variety of temperatures that an autumn week delivers excellently. The liner is super warm and i have worn it with only a polo shirt under it on a brisk autumn morning with no chills.
Cons: I have concerns that over time the buttons that fasten the liner to the shell will deteriorate. That is the only weakness i can foresee...
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller
Additional Sizing Notes: I am traditionally an extra large but i purchased the 2XL and it fits well.
Comments: I search for quite some time for the perfect jacket. I wanted it to function well during the summer and warmer months but also be versatile enough to utilize into the fall and winter. I found... (Read the rest of this review)
