 Great Jacket for the price

By Eric from Calgary, CAN-AB

Pros: For the money you can't beat the quality of this Jacket. It is good leather, good zippers, good liner all around. The padding in elbows and shoulders are both hard plastic. The back pad is also a foam type material and thicker then any i have ever seen on a jacket. Both the liner and jacket have inside breast pockets and even pen holders. There are also two sets of zippers at the back for both "full zip" and "partial zip" pant connections. Lastly there are waist belts on the jacket that allow you to snug that up.

Cons: Hands Down the biggest down fall with this jacket is the color. I ordered blue and knew a head of time from other reviews the color was off so i was i did not have high hopes. True to the other review the blue color illustrated on the website is by far more of a purple then a blue. I really want the blue and think i may try dye the purple blue to match my helmet and gloves. I think one nice improvement might be sleeve tighteners to allow the sleeves to be snugged up a little.

Sizing Info: Other

Additional Sizing Notes: My size: 5' 7" aprox 159 lbs. I tried on other jackets that were 42 and fit okay. I ordered a 42 and found it a bit on the large side. I went and exchanged for a 40 and it fits way better. It should be noted that both the 40/42 have long sleeves. The 40's sleeves are shorter but still past my wrists a little bit.

 What a jacket!

By Mark from Cincinnati, OH

Pros: I love the full sleeve liner, and now won't shy away from getting the bike out on those mornings where I used to think would be too cold.

Cons: Nothing negative at all, but if I worked for Fieldsheer I would suggest at least 1 elastic snap per forearm to tighten up the sleeves a bit more.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger

Additional Sizing Notes: Don't be fooled by comments/reviews from a bunch of other sites saying that Fieldsheer jackets run small. Maybe they do, but not the Razor.

Comments: More about sizing. I am 5'10" and 215 lbs. I am a size large shirt and 36 waist. I wear a size 45-46 in a dress suit, so I originally went with a 46 in the jacket because most sites say they run... (Read the rest of this review)
