 perfect summer jacket

By CJ from San Diego, CA

Pros: -GREAT ventilation. -3 pockets that are a pretty good size -inner liner makes the jacket warm enough for 55 degree weather. -lower back kidney pads are practical.

Cons: -elbow pads have alot of play and sometimes gets lost in the sleeve when you're putting the jacket on.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger

Additional Sizing Notes: the medium runs a little bit large. the length of the sleeves are perfect but the shoulders are fairly broad.

disregard the bad user review this jacket previously got. its fairly common sensical to remove the liner and open the vents when its hot and during cold days to replace the liner and close the vents. the bottom line is: it ventilates pretty well.... its a no-brainer.

Pros: Keeps warm in cold weather. Lots of protection.

Cons: The zippers for the vents on the front get caught on the fabric a lot. Little bit warm on very hot days.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: I am 6'0" and 145 lbs, tall and skinny, and the medium fits great. The sleeves could be about a half inch longer.

Comments: This is a great jacket so far, I've had it for about a month now. I wanted a jacket that didn't have a ton of designs or different colors, but still looked good and had the protection and this is... (Read the rest of this review)

Pros: The jacket is very comfortable and probably great if you always ride in 70 degree weather.

Cons: Venting is worthless. There is an internal windbreaker in the jacket that stops the air flow completely. It is a shame because the jacket has the vents in the right places and they are the right size. The zippers used for the venting catch the material around them constantly. The correct design allows the rider to pull the zippers open and closed with one hand. The jacket will not be great for less than 60 F either. It has a very low collar and no flap to cover the main zipper.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger

Additional Sizing Notes: I was told that the sizing chart was wrong, so I got the next size down.
