Pros: Reasonable price, nice construction overall, great visor wiper

Unfortunately these gloves did not pass the heavy rain test. The gauntlets are too short, and I had problems with the cinching mechanism to get them to stay tight around my wrist. Riding through 20-30 minutes of heavy downpours caused rain to leak down past the gauntlet on my right glove, soaking my hand to the point of getting the "prune" effect. The left hand was OK for some reason. Still a little damp, but considering the heaviness of the rain, the protection seemed adequate. While the glove seemed thicker and "bunchier" than I prefer, especially considering that this is supposed to be a Summer glove. But I imagine there is not much to be done about that: waterproofing means additional layers. I had troubles putting the gloves back on, so some care must be taken in removing the gloves, making sure all the material is pulled out of the fingers as you remove the glove. Overall the construction is very nice, and the price was reasonable. The visor wiper works really well. If that gauntlet was longer, these gloves may have performed much better.
