High friction-low wear. Carbon/semimetallic compound made for use with steel rotors. Very grabby, temperature sensitive. Can not operate with out high heat,Temperature backing plate to ensure strength. The compound of choice for Galfer's SuperBike Team.

Pros: Great pads. They have a strong initial bite. That took a bit to get used to. Almost threw me off the seat the first time I grabbed the lever hard. I love the feeling I got from these pads. No fade what so ever. Much better than the HH pads I was using before.
Cons: I wish they weren't so expensive.
When I installed these, I was not able to put the metal spring that goes on the back of the caliper. I have a 2004 R6. It's not a big deal though, not really needed.
