Pros: Well built and fits as good as stock. They're longer than stock so if you want more leverage you have it or you can cut them down.
Cons: There are holes in the stock clip-ons for the throttle holder and the lights/blinker on the other side. The Gilles didn't have the holes so you either have to drill them or file the pins in the holders.
