Our full exhaust system for the 2006-07 Yamaha R6 features mandrel bent titanium or stainless steel tubing, billet aluminum flanges and a titanium silencer with a tapered conical end cap. An O2 bung is provided for use with the stock Yamaha O2 sensor. Use the included bung plug to remove the stock O2 sensor altogether. Gains of 8.4 hp can be achieved with the use of a Dynojet Power Commander and Ignition Module. Installation of this system will shed 12.9 lbs titanium) / 11.0 lbs (stainless steel) from the motorcycle.

The slip-on exhaust sounds great and is not too loud despite removing the stock muffler. This is because a majority of the sound damping is handled by the muffler under the bike not the muffler on the side of the bike.
