Pros: Easy removal of plate for track days. Great machining quality and most hardware provided. Fits around aftermarket exhausts nicely.

Cons: No instructions. You would think it is a "no-brainer", but the center to center measurement on the 4 holes left in the undertail from the factory mount are not identical. You cannot mount the bracket on the two holes closest to the tail light. The piece does not come with any hardware to cover these two holes or the large hole that was used for the factory wiring. Leaves it kind of unsightly looking to me. The picture shows a cover covering these, but it is not provided.

Pros: This bracket fits very neatly under the tail, and is made to a very high quality. It fit the mounting holes perfectly, and it came with all the needed hardware.

Pros: Comes with all the screws and washers. Very nice piece.

Cons: Nothing bad about this piece.
