Pros: I think the title says it all.
I ride a 2005 ZX12-R and with the use of a jigsaw to cut away the required sections of the original undertail as per the instructions, the Hotbodies undertail bolted straight on without any problems.
It really tidied up the rear end nicely, and it got rid of the HUGE original fender.
Cons: Nothing negative to say about this at all - I love it.
The instructions that came with the undertail indicated that the storage compartment under the rear seat (glove box) should have a hole cut in the side of it to slip the ECU in. I opted to use some industrial foam between the rear tail light and the glove box, and have the ECU sit there instead. This leaves the glove box free for the power commander and anything else I want to shove in there.
I also had to mount the licence plate close to the rear of the undertail under the LED tail light to remain legal here. Unfortunately it obscures the undertail LED turn signals, so I've had to use others mounted either side of the licence plate.
It still looks really neat and tidy, and it's legal to keep the local cops off my tail, so I'm happy.
