Pros: Built very solid, adequate storage space with interal/external pockets, form fitting so it is comfortable in the riding position. I chose it because it strikes a balance between being eye catching and not too obnoxious for daily use.
Cons: Heavy jacket although that's to be expected with the material used, although Alpinestar's jackets are considerably lighter. I had planned on cutting the colorful patches off when I ordered the jacket but upon recieving it the patches are actually cut into the leather and sewn in, so I blacked out several to fit my taste.

Additional Sizing Notes: I usually wear a large but I neede this jacket in XL and it fit perfect.
I'm very impressed with this jacket. My first experience with the jacket was riding through Spain with a cute blonde strapped to my back, needless to say the built-in spinal venting system works like a charm. The perforated leather in the underarm and oblique area also serves well to vent key areas of the body. I was dually impressed with the internal CE armour in the shoulders, elbows, and spinal area. The jacket is built in such a way as to keep all the protection in the right place, and although my jacket doesn't fit tight, I'm certain the armor will not shift should I come off the bike at a high rate of speed. The armor in the back of the jacket doesn't protrude or create any issues which I also am very content with. All-in-all I would recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a unique and very functional jacket. My intended use: I ride my bike everywhere, and as such I use it to drive to work (U.S. Army Platoon Leader), take my girl to dinner, family events, church, etc. Consequently I needed something to fit both personalities of my daily life: that of the law abiding citizen and that of pushing the limit. Although this jacket is somewhat flashy, it isn't awkwardly so, and thus far it has been a welcomed addition to my kit. Enjoy
