Icon Bombshell Ladies Boots

Pros: These boots were for my wife. I tried to persuade her to consider a couple of other styles, but she insisted they were ugly. Clearly, if she was going to wear any boots at all, we would have to meet somewhere in between. They offer a step up in protection froma pair of simple boots with padding in the strategic locations, a lttle heel shield, and even a shift pad. They are certainly attractive.

Cons: The sole appears to be thin. They are definitely tighter around the calves here. That may be aproblem for some.

Pros: HOT boots, i love them. Extremely comfortable, very stable, really attractive.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: Foot sizing is good, very comfortable despite my somewhat high arches-- but contrary to the other reviews of this boot that i've seen the ankle and calf are NOT tight. I mean, they're very comfortable boots, and obviously i wouldn't want them skintight, i'm just mentioning it because some other people talked about the ankles/calves being too tight. I'm thin but i'm not a stick-- then again i wear a 9.5 so maybe those are bigger on the legs than what the other women ordered. These are loose enough on my legs that the stretch panel at the top never gets stretched.

Comments: Haven't run into the heel issue yet but mine haven't seen much wear yet. Given how often even my regular walking shoes need to be resoled (once a year at a minimum) i consider this sort of thing to... (Read the rest of this review)

Pros: These boots offer the protection I need with the style I feel is representative of who I am.

Cons: The heel on the boot is plastic and I know it will wear thin soon. And the sole is quite then compared to other boots i've worn.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Comments: Over all this is a great boot to have either to maintain your sex appeal or to give you that extra hight to to enable you to flatfoot the ground.

Pros: I love that the heel is wedge, which makes using foot controls way easier than normal heels and provides makes it easier to ride a bike without altering the suspension.

Cons: I wish they had it in a 4" heel and that the heel itself was metal, since I have already ground mine to the wedge itself.

Pros: good ankle support, sturdy construction, wedge heel adds height and allows for easier shifting and braking than a heeled boot
