The Field Armor Elbow is Icon's latest foray into the protective equipment arena.
Icon's already got you covered with the vest, short and leg guards, but your poor, exposed forearms and elbows were treated as the red-headed stepchild.
Hence Icon's development of the Field Armor Elbow armor.
Form-fitting construction with a chassis of impact absorbing foam and molded plastic.
Chassis design specifically prevents it from slipping down your arms.
Pros: It is a great product I kept reading up on how it doesn't fit right. I have had no problems I put the elbow pads on underneath my sweater and feel so comfortable. Great product, I love Icons stuff.

Not Entirely Happy
By Jesse from Anytown, USA on 06/14/2007
Pros: Heavy duty elbow protection. Def. will not slide around your arm.
Cons: Wasn't very happy with the product because one strap was way too long and the other strap was too short. Couldn't even get the short strap to reach the velcro, and I'm a small guy. Overall the pads are too restrictive and would cut off circulation to my arms when I was riding. Ok for short periods of riding but not for long rides.

Good versitile protection, low cost
By RallyFord from Anytown, USA on 06/04/2007
Pros: The ICON Elbow Armor pieces are an excellent piece of protection for street riding. They have a good amount of padding, along with a healthy amount of hard and thick molded plastic to cover your elbows and forearms/wrists. They fit very well, have adjustable (pre-sewn for cutting) velcro straps so you can remove any extra strap length for smaller arms. The second best aspect to these elbow guards are that they even fit under a loose 'hoody' so that you don't have to take your back and elbow armor off for a quick run into the grocery store!
Cons: It took me a little while to figure out the exact orientation that the designers were going for - straps over your radius (inside of your arms with your wrists down).
