Icon Ladies Merc Jacket
Average Customer Rating: 4.0 out of 5 (based on 20 ratings)
Icon doesnt cut corners. The Womens Merc Jacket is a prime example of this philosophy. Even though this is one of least expensive jackets in the Icon line-up, it performs as well or better than most of its higher price competition. The Dynax nylon chassis and CE armor combine to form one tough hombre. We could have gone with a cheaper nylon or flimsy padding like some of our competitors, but in the end it just isnt worth it. Our jackets are designed to protect you, regardless of the retail price.
- Durable dynax nylon chassis
- Ribbed spandex panels for cooling airflow
- CE approved elbow/shoulder armor
- Tank scratch elimination flap
- Womens specific fit

Pros: The fit of this jacket is great, it really looks good. It has a longer length than many of the ladies' jackets on the market and it's very comfortable. It's a great lightweight jacket for hot weather, the mesh panels and rear zip vents make it very cool.
Cons: A zip in liner would be great with this jacket, I wonder why it doesn't have one. It's better than not wearing a jacket, but a leather jacket would be much better protection-wise.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: This jacket fit pretty true to the sizing chart, however I have the Merc leather jacket in the same size and the textile definitely fits a little bit bigger. This isn't a bad thing though because it doesn't have a liner and you would want to be able to fit a few extra layers underneath for colder weather.
This is a great second jacket to have for super hot days, or a good value for a passenger jacket.
