The Mainframe helmet was designed with the rider's safety, fit and function in mind.
The shell is constructed of a Fiberglass/Dyneema blend and is lined with a dual density styrene liner for incredible strength without undue weight.
Features include a venturi super-vent system for the ultimate in airflow.
A three forehead switch acts as an additional ram-air vent to significantly increase the overall cooling of the helmet.
Internal on/off chin exhaust switch offers control of escaping air.
Removable molded breath deflector reduces shield fogging.
Positive-lock chin venting system helps prevent fogging.
Removable/washable cheek pads with formed ear pockets that can accept comunication or audio speakers.
Removable anti-fog breath deflector.
Optically correct polycarbonate,7-position shield offers safe, clear vision and easy no-tool replacement system.

Pros: The helmet looks great and fits great.

Cons: The small does fit like an extra small only because of the cheek pads, but it's nothing to freak out about. It doesn't put pressure on your head, just your cheeks... so don't think you need a bigger size.

Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller

Additional Sizing Notes: ICON helmets come with extremely comfortable, but big cheek pads. Do NOT be swayed by the fact that the helmets squeeze your cheeks, it's way better for you if you ever did fall.

ICON riding gear just fits better, looks better and offers more protection.

Pros: I get more compliments on the look of this helmet, "Coolest lookin' chick helmet I've seen."

Comments: Nice helmet, breathes well too, doesn't fog as much as my Arai. I love the look with the chrome vents, it's HOT! Thanks Icon!

Cons: snell and dot stickers are really hard to clean off...lol
