These boots look as good off your bike as they function on your bike. Blending the classic style of the modern urban hiker with motorcycle specific features, the Standard boot once again raises the the bar of performance motorcycle footwear. The shift lever interface, internal steel shank and ankle protection separate this boot from your ordinary hike or work boot. Waterproof construction, high-quality footbed, and a custom non-slip rubber sole make this the ideal on and off the bike boot.
Pros: Nice basic boot. Good stiff sole. Looks like a hiking boot. Appear to be well constructed.
Cons: Laces too short. Boot too narrow. Sized kind of funky.
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller
Additional Sizing Notes: In addition to fitting smaller than normal these boots were very narrow on my feet. I normally wear a 10.5-11, in a D width. I ordered an 11.5 in the Icons and they were way too narrow for my feet. In addition there was too much room length wise as well. This boot must be built on a european last.
I wound up exchanging this boot for the Thor 50/50 in a size 11 which fit my foot much better than the Icons. If the Icons had fit my foot well I would have held on them and probably been very satisfied. I would suggest trying the Icon boot on locally before ordering, if possible.

Pros: These are quality boots and very comfortable. They blend well with plain clothes and are made for riding but good for walking as well. You definatly get your money's worth!
Cons: Laces were too short.

Pros: Comfortable, good looking riding boot. Good value for the price...
Cons: A little bulky at the shift lever... I actually had to readjust the shifter position based on the boot.

Icon Standard boots....pretty nice

Pros: Look great, built solidly, good funcition
Cons: A bit narrow, slightly small for the size, laces too short, had to buy longer ones
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller
Additional Sizing Notes: Really could use a about a 14.5...I guess I will say it runs about a half-size smaller...width is ok though, and they stretch a bit after break-in.
Comments: Overall pretty cool boots...I would recommend them!
