Pros: This jacket fits extremely well and is quite comfortable. It can keep you warm, with a sweater underneath, on those cooler days. Need a lot of padding underneath when temps start to dip to close to freezing.
Design is cool as well.
Cons: There is not enough ventilation in this jacket. At a relatively moderate temp of around 20 deg C I pretty much boil while wearing only a t-shirt underneath. More ventilation could definitely make this a better potential all-weather rider.

Comments: This is a good jacket, overall. However, I would say that if you have extremely hot temps you will boil in it during the summer months. I was almost tempted to ride jacketless on those days.
