When it comes to the TiMax2 leather jacket, the look really speaks for itself. Sure, we could tell you about our industry leading weapons grade titanium or the wicked durable cowhide chassis. Maybe we could even bring up the refined yet aggressive fit. Hell, we could go so far as to talk about our custom developed titanium reinforced textile shoulders and back. But in the end none of these tech features really matter - it's just fuggin' badass.
Features
1.2mm-1.4mm premium grade leather chassis.
Removable CE field armor impact protector elbow.
Genuine titanium armor plating for increased protection.
Titanium reinforced textile panels in critical areas.
Pros: Jacket has awesome padding and secure zippers and stitching. The jacket looks even better when it is on. Zip out winter liner is a good feature. When I wear this jacket, I do not worry about a fall.
Cons: The jacket is hot even with the vents open and the liner out. I wish that the inside pockets were bigger. you cant get much more than keys and a wallet or small cell phone in there.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
I feel safe and like the style of the jacket. Some people have even stated that it looks like something out of Star Wars. The jacket does well at keeping me warm even when riding in cold ( 35) weather. I wish the collar was slightly taller to seal out the wind noise from your neck. the pads are in the right places and do not interfere with anything when riding. The size is pretty accurate also. I would recommend this jacket to anyone. It is a little heavy but well worth the exchange for the comfort and security you get wearing it. The only thing I had a problem with was the zipper went up to far and came off the track right out of the box. I had a smallppiece of leather sewn on and it fixed it perfectly.

Pros: I bought the orange version, and man is it nice and bright. Not many other riders (none that I know of) have this jacket in my area. It goes perfect with my Orange Shoei Picotte helmet. It has venting in the arm-pits. The armor feels well built. The package is just plain stylish!!
Cons: It drives me nuts when the only truly reflective thing is one little patch or line. The zip-out lining doesn't do much to keep me warm. The sewing seems (no pun intended) suspect in some places. Kinda frays. The color has chipped a bit where the sewing is. Something about how the neck is cut makes it ride up my back sometimes and binds with my helmet so I can't turn my head. The back protector could be better. I wish the neck had a clasp/button/velcro closer.
Comments: I like this jacket, alot, so far. I just wish the vents zipped closed, the liner was warmer, and it was more visable at night. Hopefully this will hold true for years to come.
