Pros: Looks good, comfy, nicely adjustable, warm in the fall and cool in the summer.
Cons: None.
Looks good, comfortable, and took on a slide on I-10 just fine. Medics said that the leather and armor saved me. Hit and roll took out my clavical, rib, and wrist, but my back was awesome and no road rash. The armor in the forearm helped keep it just a crack and not sticking out of the skin. This jackets armor saved my ass and kept my spine perfect.

Pros: This is my second Joe Rocket Jacket (I have the Champion mesh for summer) It's more expensive than some of the leather jackets I've bought, but the quality , looks and fit make it worth every penny!
It's warm even in the lower 50's @100MPH+ with the liner installed.
Cons: The only con might be that in real cold weather the sleeveless inner liner will let your arms get too cold .
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: Fits Great! sleeve length is good, waist is right, armor fits goog and stays in place.
