Pros: I was looking for a pant that was wearable off the bike but that still provided extra protection. This is an excellent hybrid of the two. Well constructed, flex panels where they're needed, and good armor for knee protection. There is also some Kevlar panelling in places as well. Very comfortable, and other than the obvious flexible knee panels, they look like any other jeans I would wear.
Cons: They don't have any padding/armor around the hips like many leathers do, but I thinks that is a reasonable compromise for the overall style. The knee armor has two pocket positions (one high and one low). Even in the higher position, they still feel a little low. When I first get on the bike, I have to pull the pant legs up slightly for armor to hug my knees. They stay there just fine when I'm on the bike and feels comfortable (even when my feet are off the pegs to touch my feet down as my knees are still slightly bent). This is only a minor inconvenience and takes 4 seconds before I get on the bike.

Additional Sizing Notes: I agree with the comment to get a size larger than you normally would. I am a 32" waist and ordered a 34 based upon the other comment. I was worried they might be too big but they were a perfect fit.
