Pros: Great jacket for both hot and cold weather. The liner is nice and warm, but if it's a hot day, taking the liner out plus opening the vents on the chest and upper arms provides ample airflow for cooling. Tough material, the armor fits well, and the shape of the jacket is very flattering. It's really comfy too!
Fun feature-- there are two vents on the chest, but also two layers of zippers- the outer zipper, plus a waterproof zipper that's part of the jacket's membrane. With both zippers opened, there is a small strap in the vent that can be pulled out across the middle of the jacket to attach to the strap from the other vent. They snap together in front of the jacket's main zipper to hold both the left and right chest vents open.
Oh yeah- and the waterproofing holds true!
Cons: The one thing I don't like is how hard it is to open and close the vertical exhaust vents on the back of the jacket yourself while it's still on... It's quite hard to reach unless your shoulder joint is insanely flexible.

Additional Sizing Notes: I've got relatively broad shoulders and a bit of a larger bust and this is one of the few brands that doesn't feel really tight up top- it allows a very good range of motion and my shoulders feel unrestricted.

All time jacket

Pros: This is a beautiful very flattering jacket. The fit is not true to size in the shoulders. I would order up at least one size.
