Not Waterproof

Pros: Jacket is warm and keeps the wind off you. Vents work very well in warmer weather. Fits nicely and comfortably on both a sport bike as well as a full tourer. Good in cold weather.

Cons: This jacket is absolutely not in the least bit waterproof. NOT EVEN A LITTLE! I purchased this jacket and the ballistic pants prioir to Indy MotoGP last year with the intention that if it rains its all I will need to wear. Needless to say hurricane Ike chased us from New York to the end of Ohio (550 miles) and I was soaked! Rained the whole way. Even exchanged emails with a guy at Joe Rocket who told me it would be fine. Nonsense. Thank God I was on a Goldwing. At best it is water resistant and will suffice in a light drizzle. Do yourself favor, by a one piece rain suit. I did and this year I was dry and it rained again! Fieldsheer Sugo suit is top notch.

Pros: THE JACKET FITS GREAT ONCE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE! ITS WARM, UNDER 30', YOU JUST HAVE TO PUT ON A THERMAL SHIRT BUT THEN YOU HAVE NO WORRIES! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS JACKET!

Cons: IF YOU HAVE A LARGE NECK SIZE, THE NECK ATTACHMENT IS VERY TIGHT! OTHER THAN THAT, ITS A GREAT JACKET!

Pros: Great Jacket. Heavy duty construction. Really waterproof- I don't need to carry rain gear with it. With the liner removed and using a Gerbing electric jacket liner, it kept me warm down to 20 degrees. High collar is nice. I liked all the vents for when the weather warms up. Vents on chest, front of each bicep, and large opening flap across back. Awesome jacket for the price. Bottom snap popped off, but jacket comes with replacements. I lost the bag of extra snaps and they sent a replacement out for fee.

Cons: It would be nice if the collar could be snapped down if you want to leave it open on warm days. It flaps around a little bit if not snapped all the way up.
