Pros: I like the weight of the fabric. Feels like a slightly thicker jean material but a great bit more durable. The fit is not too restrictive but not overly loose either. Has adjustable latch-hook straps for us chunky guys that might need the extra room on occasion. The design is second to none. I have the blue, white, yellow version and I get jaw dropping looks wherever I go. The blue in the jacket matches my bike perfectly and with the white and yellow high on my chest and back, visibility is increased as well. Ventilation is also good as well and the removeable liner will come in handy on those scorching Northern California days.
Cons: None really, but I haven't had to clean it yet. I'm concerned that bug stains might be a bear to get out.
Overall, above average quality, fit, and finish. Recommend it!

Excellent Overall

Pros: Looks real nice and fits me better. The blue in the jacket is a little brighter than the picture but the yellow makes you very visible and Visibility = Safety. Waist straps make ventilation a breeze (no pun intended). I love the leather-like highlights in the Corona emblem on the front and the lime details on the back. Overall very good quality and I have no "real" complaints.
Cons: I don't have any "real" comments here but I must say that I was a little disappointed in the overall feel of the fabric. I thought it would be a bit thicker but I guess it can't be if you want true lightweight flow through fabric.

Nice Jacket

Pros: This jacket looks sharp and goes good with almost any bike. The ventilation system works somewhat but if you're riding in 90+ degree weather your going to get hot either way. Has decent pads that are easily removed for washing/storage.
Cons: The mesh liner on jacket helps keep you cool yet it's alittle rough on your skin.
