Pros: This jacket looks Hott! I love the way it looks and feels! Great quality product. When you put it on the padding isn't cutting into you everywhere like some other jackets.
Cons: There is NO adjustability in the arms, and the waist just has a zipper on each side that will give you an extra inch of room. So there is no way to tighten the waist at the bottom.

Additional Sizing Notes: I'm 5'9" 125 lbs, I ordered a Medium, although I wish I had gotten the Small instead. I have a fairly small waist and stomach and the jacket has a LOT of extra room width wise at the bottom. Fits fine up in the chest area (34 B) The arms are fine in length (since I'm taller my arms are a little longer than normal) but the arms fit a little loose (no adjustability there).
