Pros: Great jacket. Fits very nice. Much warmer than the earlier model due to the offset zipper placement.
Cons: Main zipper was hard to start, and jacket comes very stiff. All this worked out after a week though.
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger
Additional Sizing Notes: I ordered an XL (6' 200#) and it has room for a sweatshirt underneath for cold riding which is what I wanted.

Pros: Quality construction with numerous features. Appears to be more than adequate for wet weather riding although I haven't tried that out yet. Seems to have plenty of vents to get the job done. It should be fine for most conditions except for the most extreme heat.
Cons: This is one stiff jacket when it first arrives. Hopefully it'll soften up as it gets broken in. I'm not thrilled about the way the vents are held open. They seem to want to close up, especially with the initial stiffness. Again, hopefully this will diminish as time passes. I'd like to see less velcro on the vents and some other way of securing the vents open besides snapping them to the vent on the other half of the jacket. Prehaps a snap to pin the flap back upon itself or some kind of toggle arrangement? The upper arm vents could stand to be larger. A small tunnel or scoop type vent on the forearm would greatly help in cooling the arms and body.
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger
Additional Sizing Notes: Be really sure about the size you order. These jackets run bigger than your casual jacket and could almost be two sizes bigger than a traditional riding jacket. If you can, get someplace you can try it on before you order otherwise, go at least one size smaller than you normally get in a riding jacket. Pay attention to the sizing chart.
Comments: Good company to do business with. Had to exchange the too large jacket for a smaller size and it was handled quickly. I especially liked the pre-printed address and RMA label. Wasn't thrilled... (Read the rest of this review)

Make sure you size properly
By Charlie from NYC, NY
Pros: Very sturdy jacket, lots of vents and the armor in the elbows/shoulders is pretty solid. There's many different sizing options in the sleeves and the wrists with all the zipper, velcro and snaps. The jacket kept me dry when it rained.
Cons: Sometimes the snaps by the bicep area pop open when bending your arm. The collar isn't like a normal motorcycle jacket, it's kind of flimsy. The liner is great but when you take it out the zipper for the lliner often gets in the way of the zipper for the jacket and that's probably my biggest gripe. Joe Rocket did it right with the Phoenix but this arrangement of the zipper is a bit awkward. Also the base of the jacket is wide and when you pull the velcro straps around the waist area, the tighter it gets the more fabric that folds up underneath the velcro strap.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: Got it a size too big, I'm 6'4" and 225 and I needed an XL tall not a 2xl tall. Still works though.
Comments: Overall the jacket does it purpose for me. It's a heavy jacket with solid plastic armor. It's not too warm for the summer but I'm still going to buy a vented Phoenix which has more mesh, less... (Read the rest of this review)

Stiff
By Pebblecrusher from Salisbury, NC
Pros: Lots of venting options. Nice design.
Cons: I'm a new rider, but this jacket felt way too stiff for my tastes. I wasn't too happy with the zippered venting. Used bulky straps with buttons to keep the venting open. Plus the zippers themselves.
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size larger
Additional Sizing Notes: Be sure to get one size smaller than you think you need.
