Pros: I love the visor wiper.

Cons: None so far.

Comments: It takes a bit of time to get the clutch feel back when wearing these gloves, but I would think that is the same for any glove with insulation.

Pros: Extremely warm when it gets cold. I was extremely impressed the day I got them. I was riding in weather in the 40's and my hands never got cold. I took off one day and the temp was in the mid 50's. I had to return home soon to get my other gloves when it warmed up because these were TOO warm.

Pros: I adore these gloves. As soon as the weather got a bit chilly, I ordered these and couldn't be happier since. The tactile feel is much better as compared to regular winter gloves and they stayed dry and warm through drenching rain at 40 degrees!

Cons: Requires a little more effort to put them on, but I'm probably just nitpicking.
